Rules of the Game

The Game Rules are designed to ensure that everyone in the community feels safe and comfortable and enjoys actively participating in interactions. Our goal is to encourage all players to treat one another with respect, in a constructive and supportive manner.

Some important points to keep in mind are listed below. You can check the next section for information on penalties.

• Even if a rule violation doesn’t seem to be directed at you or doesn’t concern you, please report it to the Support team.
• Provoking, belittling, or consistently engaging in disruptive behavior toward other players is not merely poor conduct.
  • This could result in your removal from the game.
• Protect and keep your personal information safe! You may not disclose or distribute any player’s personal information without permission!
• It is prohibited to impersonate a member of the Drago2 management or support team.
  • If you encounter such a situation, report it to the authorities via official support channels as soon as possible.
• You may not advertise any for-profit activities outside the game! You may not attempt to influence anyone for this reason.
• You cannot assume that inappropriate words or phrases are not considered rule violations simply because they do not trigger the Chat Filter.
  • You cannot use this as an excuse to appeal a penalty imposed for a violation.
• If you wish to report a rule violation, your report may be deemed invalid if more than 3 days have passed since the violation occurred. Therefore, you must be sure to report it within 3 days.

Penalties

Inappropriate Username

After the third rule violation, each subsequent violation will result in a 7-day (Account Suspension) penalty.

Secondary Behavior

• After the third rule violation, each subsequent violation will result in a penalty of 2 or 3 times the suspension period.
• In the case of Blackmailing the Administration, all existing accounts will be closed and the user will be permanently banned from the game, even without a repeat offense.

Social Behavior

• If there is no Account Ban at the violation level, a longer Chat Ban is always applied for repeated violations.
• After the third violation, each subsequent violation results in a penalty that is 2 or 3 times the duration of the previous suspension.
• In cases of repeated violations involving religion, race, or language, the account is subject to indefinite suspension.
• If family-related insults are repeated using a different character, all accounts will be permanently banned from the game.

Serious Rule Violations

• A person subject to disciplinary action in this category will never be able to access the game. They are permanently banned.

Prohibited Behavior

• In this category, all accounts belonging to a person subject to disciplinary action are permanently banned from the game.
  • They may log in with a newly created account. If a rule violation occurs, they will be permanently banned from the servers.
• The "Out-of-Game Trading" category applies only to transactions conducted outside of İtemci.com.
  • Sharing IBAN addresses within the game is strictly prohibited.
  • Any items (such as loans) you give to a person who has been penalized for "Out-of-Game Trading" cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
  • Out-of-Game Trading is strictly prohibited not only for the seller but also for the buyer.
  • In cases of Off-Game Trading, all accounts will be closed, and access to the game will be permanently banned.
• For the “End-of-Game Market,” a first violation committed without knowledge of the game rule will result in only a warning.
  • If the violation is committed intentionally, a suspension will be imposed as specified in the table.

Notice

All players are required to know and comply with the Game Rules.

• Statements such as “I didn’t know the rules” or “I wasn’t aware” are not valid excuses.
• The Game Rules are of great importance for creating a healthier community and a fair gaming environment. Therefore, full compliance with the rules is mandatory for all players.
• The Game Rules cannot be bent for any player or individual, nor can they be altered based on personal circumstances.
• Members of the administration team who enforce and monitor the rules are also required to follow them. The administration team may not use the authority granted to them beyond the specified rules for personal gain or in the interest of any group.
